Ideally, this role is based in Orange County, but our client is open to remote work, so candidates can be located anywhere in the U.S.

Responsibilities

Key Performance Objectives: What does success in the job look like?

  • Set up 3+ prospect meetings a month 
  • Generate one qualified Opportunity a month ( Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline)
  • Be the source of $1M in closed biz
  • The system is maintained (all records are updated and current)  accurate etc.  
  • Successfully send out 2000 emails a month 
  • Schedule, Confirm, and Ensure 15 conversations with targeted prospects
  • Generate 1 lead per month from email campaigns  

Key Responsibilities: This hybrid role is 50% administrative/operations and 50% sales, with a focus on operations. We're looking for a motivated professional with experience in sales support, including operations and administration, who thrives in a fast-paced IT services environment.

  • Sales Support & Lead Generations:  Assist in identifying and researching new sales leads, customer prospects, and business opportunities within the IT services industry.  Engage in prospect outreach and lead qualification activities.

  • Business Development Activities:
    Support the execution of business development strategies by identifying client needs, and assisting in presentations, proposals, and other sales-related tasks to drive growth and revenue.
  • Relationship Building:
    Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring effective communication and prompt follow-through on inquiries, proposals, and project deliverables.
  • Task Execution & Follow-through:
    Demonstrate a high level of attention to detail and ensure all tasks are completed accurately and in alignment with the organization's practices, policies, and procedures.
  • Performance under Pressure:
    Maintain focus and deliver results while handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Demonstrate resilience and adaptability during high-pressure situations.
  • Collaboration & Learning:
    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute campaigns, share insights, and continuously improve your sales skills and business acumen. Participate in regular training sessions and seek opportunities for professional growth.

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is a plus but not required.
  • A passion for technology and the IT services industry is highly desirable.
