Join our client as a Northeast Regional Heating Oil and Propane Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving customer acquisition and retention in the northeastern United States. We are looking for a dynamic professional with a proven track record in the fuel industry, a solid grasp of the heating oil and propane markets, and a fundamental understanding of hedging strategies. This position offers the chance to thrive in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment focused on energy solutions.
Our client provides energy wholesalers and commercial end-users with ceiling, floor, and fixed-price forwards on physically deliverable refined products. Through these offerings, we are able to provide wholesalers and commercial end-users with the ability to broaden their offerings, protect profit margins, increase cash-flow predictability and generally better manage their commodity price risk.

Responsibilities
- Utilize your network to onboard new customers, including fuel dealers, commercial, and industrial accounts.
- Build and nurture a strong pipeline of potential clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to tailor offerings to meet customer requirements.
- Foster enduring relationships with existing customers.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, offering insights and solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Stay abreast of regional heating oil and propane market trends.
- Identify and seize new business prospects.
- Partner closely with sales and marketing experts to craft targeted campaigns.
- Contribute to the development of sales plans and strategies.
Required Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in heating oil and propane marketing.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel regionally as needed.
